1. Program Registration

All players must be properly registered before participating in any training session, class, camp, clinic, league, or academy program. Registration is subject to availability and may require completion of payment, waivers, emergency contact forms, and parent or guardian consent.

2. Payments & Fees

All program fees must be paid by the due date listed at registration. Fees may include training sessions, camps, uniforms, league participation, tournaments, or special events. Indigo Academy Soccer reserves the right to update pricing, program fees, and payment schedules at any time.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

Payments are generally non-refundable once a program, session, or package has started. Refunds, credits, or rescheduling may be offered at the discretion of Indigo Academy Soccer. Missed sessions may not be guaranteed for makeup unless approved by the academy.

4. Player Safety & Conduct

Players are expected to follow coach instructions, respect teammates, staff, opponents, and facilities, and participate with good sportsmanship. Indigo Academy Soccer reserves the right to remove any player from a session or program due to unsafe behavior, misconduct, bullying, repeated disruption, or failure to follow rules.

5. Parent & Guardian Responsibility

Parents or guardians are responsible for timely drop-off and pick-up, providing accurate emergency contact information, and notifying the academy of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs that may affect participation.

6. Health & Medical Disclaimer

Participation in soccer involves physical activity and carries inherent risks, including injury. By registering, parents or guardians acknowledge these risks and confirm that the player is physically able to participate. In case of emergency, Indigo Academy Soccer may seek medical assistance if a parent or guardian cannot be reached.

7. Weather & Schedule Changes

Training sessions may be rescheduled, delayed, or canceled due to weather, field conditions, safety concerns, coach availability, or other circumstances beyond our control. Indigo Academy Soccer will make reasonable efforts to notify families of changes.

8. Media Release

By participating in Indigo Academy Soccer programs, players and families agree that photos or videos may be taken during training, games, events, or academy activities and may be used for promotional purposes, including the website, social media, flyers, and marketing materials, unless written notice is provided requesting otherwise.

9. Website Use

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, program descriptions, and branding, is the property of Indigo Academy Soccer or used with permission. Website content may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written approval.

10. Privacy

Any personal information submitted through the website, registration forms, contact forms, or payment forms will be used only for academy communication, registration, scheduling, payment processing, and program-related purposes. Indigo Academy Soccer does not sell personal information.
